Our experience and dedicated instructors bring their passion and dedication to each class offered in Yoga styles varying from Hatha, Iyengar, Vinyasa and Restorative Yoga.
Hatha Yoga is ancient practice of uniting the body, mind and spirit through a formula of stretching, relaxation, deep breathing, and increasing circulation and concentration.
Vinyasa/Flow is a dynamic form of Yoga derived from Hatha Yoga. It links breath to movement to work the entire body. Yoga flow builds internal heat to detoxify the organs, calm the mind and strengthen the entire body. Flow classes combine standing and seated asanas (poses), pranayama (breathing), vinyasa (sun salutations), balancing poses and inversions. Students leave class feeling cleansed, toned, focused and relaxed. Because of its more energetic style of practice, this form of Yoga is ideal for student interested in increasing mental and physical energy as well as mental clarity.
