Omar is a native of Charlotte, North Carolina where he exceled as an elite high school and collegiate athlete. Omar served in the United States Coast Guard and was stationed in Honolulu, Hawaii and Alameda, California. Omar is a former fitness manager for 24-hour Fitness and has developed sports performance programs for local high schools. He is certified through NASM, NCSF, NCCPT, and USA Track and Field Coach Level 1.

Omar has been practicing elite training and conditioning for over 15 years. He is passionate about training and changing peoples lives through the power of fitness and promotion of healthy lifestyles. He has worked with clients of all backgrounds and degrees of athleticism and understands the importance of developing individualized programs that cater to the needs of each client. Omar’s clientele ranges from a contestant for the Biggest Loser TV Show to collegiate athletes.

Omar takes pride in empowering his clients to accomplish their goals, whether it is improving sports performance, mobility performance, or weight loss. Omar makes it a priority for all clients to achieve their goals. Through hard work, dedication and perseverance, all goals will be met.

Omar’s philosophy: “Being fit means having a healthy mind, body and soul.” Omar encompasses these three aspects into all of his training programs.

Omar has worked in multiple fitness facilities, possesses the attributes necessary to ensure clients will exceed their sports and fitness goals.
