About Kathleen
A life-long health and wellness advocate, athlete, fitness instructor, and healthy-living coach, Kathleen delights in sharing what she’s learned in her own research about nutrition with others. “I want to help people struggling with weight loss, fatigue, and depression. Feeling good and looking good is all about eating the right food combination and getting enough rest.” Kat received a PhD in Chemistry in 1997 and has been in the field of Proteomics (study of proteins) ever since. An athlete since high school (running and triathlons), Kat became a barre instructor 4 years ago.

easy-to-prepare meals? Discover which products you can simply ‘heat and eat,’ as well as how to use a few ingredients to create delicious, healthy meals in under 15 minutes. Really!

Join us for for inspiration, specific product information and simple, yet flavorful recipes, this class is for you whether you are preparing meals for one, two or more.

Sample demonstrated recipes and receive a healthy products list for each store.

About the instructor:
Jamie Davidson has been teaching busy people how to eat nutritiously and conveniently for over 20 years. She has a master’s degree in Exercise Physiology and has been in field of health promotion her entire career beginning with her work with the YMCA as a Fitness Director. She has created and directed fitness programs, cardiac rehab programs, weight management programs, corporate wellness programs and healthy cooking classes.

She is the author of Quick and Healthy Meals from Trader Joe’s, Livin’ Lean and with Trader Joe’s and Simmering Solutions, Healthy Slow-Cooker Recipes.
