Through inform, we’ll be offering free educational workshops for you, and your friends, on topics related to health and fitness. These workshops promote and support a healthy, balanced and fulfilling lifestyle, in keeping with our integral approach to fitness.

Body Rolling Workshop
with Amir Wasserman, a certified Yamuna Body Rolling Instructor and Practitioner.
Saturday, April 5th from 10:00 – 11:15

This truly effective bodywork is designed to deliver great soft tissue release similar to deep tissue massage, improved range of motion, flexibility and posture through the opening and release of tight muscles, tendons and joint function, all with the use of therapeutic balls and the multi disciplinary experience of Amir, who has been crafting this practice for over two decades.
