tennis racket and ballsIf you’re looking to improve your tennis game, then we have a new class that’s perfect for you. Starting January 14, Core for Tennis is a complete development program for tennis players of all levels and ages.

This group training course focuses on specific movement patterns proven to increase strength, flexibility and reaction time to the tennis ball.

You’ll be under the care and supervision of certified trainers: National Academy of Sports Medicine, Certified Performance Enhancement, United States Professional Tennis Association and United States Professional Tennis Registry.

Join us starting January 14 every Tuesday and Thursday from 6 to 7pm.
