4 Hours of 30 Minute Sessions

Refreshments – Prize Drawing – Lots of FUN!

FREE CPR Training*

Besides showcasing some of the best we have to offer at In Forma, introducing NEW classes and having FUN together, this event is also a free OPEN HOUSE, so please invite friends, neighbors and anyone who may be interested in joining us!

8:30 – 9:00 Cardio with Tarek
9:00 – 9:30 Strength with Jennifer

9:30 – 10:00 TRX with Barry and Emm

10:00 – 10:30 Barre with Rosalyn
10:30 – 11:00 Mat Pilates with Jami
11:00 – 11:30 Stretching & Deep Relaxation with Andrea
11:30 – 12:00 Break and Prizes
12:30 – 1:15 CPR Training*

*CPR is not a certification, but a training class.
