One Body, One Breath Six-week Workshop

Due to the overwhelming success of our previous One Body, One Breath workshops, we're diving even deeper into the subject matter with a six week experiential workshop series. Over the course of the workshop you'll discover the tools you'll need to achieve stress reduction, improved health, emotional balance and inner peace.

This workshop program series is designed to tackle stress from different perspective all linked in helping create more awareness of causes and offering effective practical approaches to its reduction.

Workshop Schedule

Week One*
Opening Session Thursday April 8, 7:00 – 9:00pm
Introduction of program and mindfulness practice. Scientific perspectives AND practical approaches to stress reduction

Week Two
Thursday April 15, 7:00 – 8:30 pm
Better sleep, rest and relaxation for stress reduction

Week Three
Thursday April 22, 7:00 – 8:30 pm
Anti-stress nutrition: Eating well for stress reduction

Week Four
Thursday April 29, 7:00 – 8:30 pm
Exercise for stress reduction

Week Five
Thursday May 6, 7:00 – 8:30 pm
Correcting stress inducing thinking and mind states

Week Six*
Closing Session Thursday May 13, 7:00 – 9:00pm
Mindfulness practice for stress reduction

*The first and last sessions are 2 hours long
