Pilates
Pilates reformer instruction is now available. Sessions for one to four people are available. If you'd like to be a part of one of the groups, just let the front desk know and instructor Jennifer Smith will contact you with available times.
Tai Chi
The martial art of balance and harmony for health, strength and well being is coming to In Forma in February.
Workshops
An extended six-session, stress-reduction workshop One Body, One Breath is starting in February.
